Self-publishing--there are various occasions when a published author may decide to publish his/her own electronic books. I did this one because it's a short story I love that's not erotic enough to be an Ellora's Cave Quickie, where I sell most of my erotic romances.IMPERFECT MATCH has a story behind it. I wrote it as a tribute to a young woman, the daughter of a close professional friend and former editor, who died tragically in a building fire, but who gave others a chance for survival by donating her organs for transplant.
